Emergency Preparedness

By no means is the idea of preparedness a new one.  Tornado's, fires, floods; none of these things are new or unheard of.   Even as children we were taught to take cover, stop, drop and roll and get to high ground.  But if you have a Chronic Illness, doing some of these things presents different challenges.  So it requires more advanced preparedness for when an unexpected event happens.

Don't allow yourself or a loved one to be trapped, or even worse, die from a nature disaster or emergency event.  Please check out some of these valuable sites for you to research to make an "Emergency Preparedness Plan".
