The Chronic Illness Coalition Membership meets six times yearly on the first Wednesday of January, March, May and November.
July and September meetings are held on the second Wednesday due to the 4th of July and Labor Day holidays.

Annual membership is $25 per organization or individual.
Annual Membership Renewal is due by June 15th of each year.
