Carol is an Occupational Therapist who specializes in physical disabilities but she also enjoys working with TBI patients. Currently she is an Account Manager at LL Custom Contracting for the barrier free home modification division. She is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist Trainer, and is also a Certified Aging in Place Specialist.
Presenting: Humor at Work? Don’t Make Me Laugh!
Carol will describe the physiological and psychological benefits of humor and laughter and compare the different types of humor that promote health and wellness. She will identify playful coping mechanisms to implement in everyday life, whether at work, school or home and describe how a light-hearted approach can promote wellness and reduce stress.
